ESAssist was originally the Enrollment Services team of a Regional Insurance broker. This Enrollment Services Team was developed in 2006 under the direction of Patty Alteslane. This team has grown to support over nine companies with over 7000 employees with their online enrollment and other various HR Benefit Outsourcing needs. ESAssist are also certified distributors and builders of two different communication/online enrollment products.
In June 2012, through a negotiated buy-out, ESAssist would branch off and become its own entity and not be affiliated with any "one" broker. This allows ESAssist to support our clients better, since online enrollment and HR Outsourcing would be the primary focus. ESAssist, LLC was established and opened the doors on July 1, 2012.
The ESAssist team is here from the sale through implementation for your online enrollment needs. ESAssist works closely with our client’s broker and build, test, and roll out our client’s product, eliminating the middle man and providing our clients the best solutions and services. ESAssist is a complete one stop shop. ESAssist is also very flexible and is willing and able to become an extension of your HR Department to help with the tedious tasks that currently take up much of your time.

Our software eliminates enrollment forms nightmares while preserving the forms for reporting to carriers. It informs and educates employees and leads them step by step through enrollment.
Our software extracts the right data, puts it in the right format and shares it with carriers and payroll providers. If an insurance carrier demands paper enrollment forms, your employees' elections can be downloaded directly to those forms and printed out.
Through our online enrollment portal you can manage COBRA and FSA. You no longer have to term an employee then put them back in the vendor site if they elect medical, etc. You no longer have to collect the monies, send out notices, etc.; it is all done for you! With the FSA, there is a single log in through the enrollment portal so when an employee logs in they will be able to see their FSA account, check their balance, etc. We work closely with your finance department to keep them informed of all FSA transactions. However, you can keep your current providers with a link via file feeds, it’s your choice. This service is offered at an additional cost.
Just released is an employee health engagement tool called “WellnessWorks”. This product is also linked to the online enrollment portal. Be sure to ask more about this health management system.
